Where Can I Get The App?
You can get the app at the www.lekeno.co.za website. The app is currently available as a PWA, or Progressive Web Application. This means it can be downloadable to your smart phone even before it’s available within the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How To Place An Order In The Lekeno Grocer App?
First you need to download the App to your phone home screen, register your details on the App and order, checkout and submit payment to the nominated bank account. Make a payment with your card by inserting your card details. After successful processing of your cart, you will receive email from us and wait for your order. It will take between 24 and 72 hours latest for your order to arrive.
How Much Is The Delivery Fee?
The delivery fee is R 30.00 within 30 km radius. R 70.00 for areas within 150 km radius. Any order outside 150 km’s will be R70.00. Orders above R500.00 will be free of any transport charges.
What To Do If My Order Is Late?, Or Did Not Arrive At All?
At Lekeno your satisfaction as our customer is valued. Please refer to out terms and conditions regarding late deliveries and orders which did not arrive after 72 hours as prescribed.
